About Louis

I am a freelance classical singer (countertenor) and teacher working in London. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, I am studying on the Vocal Masters course at the Royal Academy of Music, where I also received my LRAM teaching qualification.

About the lesson

I offer one-to-one singing teaching for any ability or age, and am experienced in teaching beginners. I am familiar with the ABRSM grade syllabus and can incorporate aural and sight-reading skills into my lessons. Most of my teaching centres around classical repertoire and technique but I can also work with musical theatre songs for beginners. If you're just looking to get started with singing or want to improve and grow your voice, get in touch! I offer a 50 or 30 minute consultation lesson to see if we are a good fit :)

Louis was instrumental in helping our daughter achieve a high distinction in her grade 5 theory exam. We were one of his first private clients and cannot recommend enough his well-organised, enthusiastic and cheerful approach. He was always punctual and we never had any issues communicating changes or rearranged sessions.
