About Brittani
I started learning German at the young age of eleven years old. I continued my studies throughout high school and then at the university level. I graduated in May 2021 with a dual degree in German and K-12 Education. And, I have now taught in the public school setting for the past four years.

I use a natural approach called “comprehensible input” or “CI”. I have found it is one of the most effective ways for a person to learn a language. With CI, I use the 90/10 method (90% target language and 10% English) within each lesson. I may primarily only speak German, but I am always making it comprehensible for the learner. I use TPRS (total physical response), pictures, gestures, and other tools to help with comprehensibility.
These lessons are for anyone who wants to begin learning German or to hone their skills.
