I am a certified physiotherapist, psychologist and hypnotherapist. I had been through several mental illnesses and subsequent medication addiction. I have thrived and created the life I want, through positivism, meditation, hypnotherapy, and art therapy. And I will help you do the same.

I will ask you several questions and then based on that, I will help you prepare a personalized plan, that will help you create the change you want. You will receive personalized hypnotherapy script, art therapy lessons, and positive tools that can help you find your recovery and thrive again. I also conduct class at my place, home.
