About Uday Khosla
When I was in school, I saw many a kids struggling with English. And the problem was not the kids, but the teachers. They were not able to understand that you have to make the kid comfortable and then when she/he is comfortable, she/he might be able to converse with more confidence and hence be wanting to learn even more I feel.

The methods that I would be using are the ones that I myself used.
To make sure you understand how to write properly, we will go over the basics and then make a plan according to what works for you personally and not for the masses.
As far as literature and reading is concerned, once you ace writing, I feel that these two will be quite easy to accomplish and vice versa.
