About Varsha
I am a software industry professional with over 5 years of experience. I have a computer science/IT degree from NITK Surathkal. Previously, I have academically been a high-achieving student with good AIR in JEE, NEET, KVPY, which tend to be very competitive. But currently, previous teaching-based learning methods don't work anymore in a world where technology is constantly evolving. Students should be equipped to see the bigger picture of things rather than just memorization and actually invoke their curiosity to make it in STEM, which is why I want to teach.

I believe traditional coaching methods don't work well with students preparing for their future career aspirations. Studying should be fun not preachy. In this world of AI, students should be equipped with the right usage, not reducing their thinking skills with black box teaching methods, game based learnings.
