I understand life happens and sometimes you won't be able to make the calls we schedule. So if something happens I would please ask you message me two hours before your appointment. If you let me know two hours or before I will not charge you for your call, but if you let me know after the two hours or not at all (depending on the situation). I will charge you the full fee.
