In this class you will practice soul yoga where you will be doing asanas along pranayama, yoga nidra and vibrant meditation, focusing on your third eye. And during weekends you will be doing powerful cleansing techniques and goal oriented trataka workshops as well to improve your immunity and focus levels

Previously i had joined a gym before trying the classes from Sreedevi and used to always dread going to gym. After joining this yoga class i feel my body is more flexible and found a exercise regime that is not monotonous and has increased my endurance too. This changed my fitness and is the best health option.I would definitely recommend Sreedevi’s class to anyone interested in taking up yoga and also like the flexibility offered in terms of days, timings , punctuality and regularity from her.
