I am a native Spaniard who has been cooking since my teenage years. Being from Valencia (the birthplace of Paella) I have a wealth of knowledge on the correct way to cook an authentic Paella as well as many other popular Spanish dishes.

My teaching method is to ensure you learn while having fun! Teaching you the background to dishes and giving you insight into Spanish culture and the Spanish language. Often people who want to cook Spanish food would love to learn the language so let's combine the two!
