About Kristin
I have had a long health journey for myself and my family. While we each have had different needs, we have all had to eliminate different foods. I have fed myself, kids, and parents delicious food while maintaining our diets and healing our bodies. I have a son with extreme dairy allergies and soy allergies, I have learned so much and am very aware of ingredients, effects on the body, and how to work with any diets to heal our bodies and keep us safe from allergies. I have set up meal plans, and done cooking for others to accommodate allergies as well for parties.

Love cooking and helping others learn that dietary needs don’t need to mean boring food. Experienced in Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, NutFree, SoyFree, Sugar Free, you name it and I can eliminate it from your food and still have you eating delicious snacks and meals! Will have different classes for different needs if wanted. Can’t wait to meet people and enjoy food together!
