I have taught for over 10 years in self-contained special education setting; teaching 5-10 students per school year. My students have demonstrated progression in academic, IEP, and life/social skills goals. My strengths are implementing innovative strategies and modifying academic material to meet my students where they are academically and behaviorally, in order to ensure student engaged learning, progression, and retention.
