About Gina
I taught in a self contained special education classroom for 4 years. I had many students with Autism. I have spent the last 12 years subbing in special education classrooms. I also have spent the last 13 years homeschool my own children.

When working with kids with special need, I focus on communication and making sure that the student understands what is being asked. Routine and visual cues are important tools that I use with my students. I believe in starting with students strengths and building their skills at their level.
