I am a research engineer associated with HP ( R&D ) involved in design and developing close to 60 cool products. Have been a visiting industrial expert with VIT University for M.Tech, M.S and B.Tech Students, India. Loves educating and guiding engineering graduates on industrial need over the syllabus.

simple make the student understand the application of anything we study. Only practicals and no Theory way :). Any technology came in to solve a problem. So make the candidate understand the problem, make him come out with the solution, discuss and rightly convince the candidate on the technology then push them into the technology. Students love this. I am fine with anyone who are aspiring to be software engineers.
