About Laura
I teach Yoga since 2014 when I was formed in Costa Rica as a teacher in Hatha Yoga. Since then I have had several students and students of all ages. The results are favorable as yoga speaks for itself.

I teach Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. I have taken courses on Anatomical and Therapeutic Yoga to understand more the body in the postures. I like my classes to focus on the needs of the students to achieve a connection.
