My methods are very technique focused, focussing on the key fundamentals such as strength, endurance and speed before working on the skills. I have various routines that i will use on a consistent bases to help the muscles become very familiar and used to specific movements allowing the muscles to remember these actions when in a in game/competition environment.
Athletics- Represented London in the English Schools Competition in Long jump and 200m and 4x100m relay which is broadcasted on sky sports. I was also coaches by Asafa Powells childhood coach Mike Lancaster.
Basketball- I was trained by someone who played in America for 20 years before playing in Europe and becoming a coach himself. I used to wake up at 5am everyday to go to college and shoot over 200 shots before class.
