About Richard
I'm a Master Level Certified Personal Trainer which means I have over 10,000 plus client training hours of experience. My current certifications include NSCA, ACE, AAFP, IYCA, NSPA and ISSA. Media coverage of my workout regimens have been featured in Vogue, Fitness Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Latina Magazine, Bridal Guide, Inside Cherry Creek, Mile High Sports Magazine, Colorado Springs Gazette, The Denver Post, Food Channel and Channel 9 News. PersonalTraining Awards have included Channel 7 A-List award Winner, as well as "Best in Englewood" Personal Training.
