About Abdel

I am a student of STAPS currently graduated in swimming and swimming with fins, sport diving, sport rescue, I have been teaching for 4 years and I am the physical trainer (specific) in my club as well as a high level athlete and competitor .

About the lesson

My coaching method is very simple I rely on everything that is scientific and reliable to avoid mistakes, the session takes place in an atmosphere of motivation to extinguish the objectives set, as much as a coach and high level athlete I take advantage of my experience to give the useful, more concise whatever the objective (weight loss or gain, fitness, muscle building)
