About Thomas
I have taught Yoga at the University of Ulster, SERC college. Created a CIC programme for health inequalities in North Down for 5 years, and designed a Yoga programme for the deaf community. Travelled and trained in Japan for several years.

My classes are divided up into 4 sections: a warmup, main lesson, cool down and relaxation/breathing techniques. The class lasts for 2 hours including Q and A and the end. I have been teaching for 18 years, degrees in health.
