I am a London-based dancer, theatre maker, producer and creative health practitioner. As a qualified healthcare professional and dancer, I offer a unique blend of conscious fitness and technique, curating sessions and lessons that facilitate your ability to be and feel more human as you build on your fitness.

In my fitness lessons, we explore the various emotions highlighted on the emotional wheel, moving head to toe to stay fit and emotionally sensitive. My steps lessons are for the mind, using dance-inspired steps to aid mental processing and mental clarity.
