Am a 25 year old mumma to a one year old boy .who is learning to get back her inner child confidence and embracing the new body that I have after giving birth and managing stress and anxiety skills without harming my baby or anyone around me

About the lesson

We will be learning on boosting our confidence back self care body figure management after birth how to deal with anxiety depression and ways to control our feelings. How best can we take care of our little ones without neglecting ourselves
