About Uzena

Hi! I’m a Chemical Engineer and experienced STEM Engineer with 2 years of experience teaching students through fun, practical, and engaging online lessons. I love turning complicated concepts into simple, understandable ideas and helping students discover that coding, technology, and STEM can actually be exciting!

I teach Python, AI, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, App Lab, game and website development, and 3D modeling, from beginner to intermediate level. My Chemical and Process Engineering background has also given me a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

My goal is not just to teach a student how to code, but to help them think creatively, solve problems independently, build their own projects, and gain confidence in their abilities. Whether you're completely new to programming or looking to take your skills further, I’ll make sure lessons are adapted to your pace, interests, and goals. Let’s learn, create, and build something amazing together!

About the lesson

I use a practical, interactive and personalized approach, adapting each lesson to the student’s age, level and goals. I teach through simple explanations, hands-on exercises and project-based learning. Lessons are typically 60 minutes. I have 2 years of STEM teaching experience and a Chemical & Process Engineering background. I teach beginners to intermediate students in Python, AI, Scratch, app and game development, website development and 3D modeling, with a focus on creativity, problem-solving and building confidence.
