As a tutor for Math and Science, I focus on breaking down large concepts into smaller understandable steps. I strive to make learning engaging and fun to help students grow academically. The courses are aimed for Middle and High School Students: Grades 6-12 (standard and honors courses and test prep). What Sets Me apart as a tutor is how I tailor my lessons to target each student’s needs and allow them to control what needs to be reviewed. tart with a quick review of prior topics and set specific learning goals for the session. Lesson plans tend to follow: Core Concept Breakdown - introduce or review the core concepts of the topic, providing explanations, real-life examples, and visual aids. Followed by guided practice working through examples together ranging from basic to more advanced to ensure understanding.
