About Simran
I am a certified yoga trainer and nutritionist.
Struggled with fat loss and mental health issues myself and educating myself and implementing on myself, I have come a long way in life.

About the lesson

Class will start with chanting followed by some kriyas and asanas. It will end with breathwork and some deep meditation and chanting.
A 60 minute session with me might just change the way you want to think about Yoga and give a different perspective to it.
