About NIVEDITA
I am Nivedita Bose,i am a commercial pilot and fitness has always been my power booster. Physical and mental health is my top priority. I have lost 10 kgs of weight without going gym without having strict diet, like keto vegan . Be in your own skin, have your basic India food and train your body not to lose fat but to build confidence. And I have attain this peace in fast few years and want to empower women out there.

Class will start with whole body workout. Combination of strength training, pilates, HIIT. End your session with stretching and a soothing meditation. Females out there love your body and this class will be mentally and physically fun and energising. No more say no to workout. I will train you and weightloss now will be fun and building muscles will be attractive. Our mind and body is connected and therefore this class will also provide meditation at the end of each class. If you don't want to go to gym totally understandable but I am here to personally train you.
