About Clara
As a stress management and exam preparation coach for students at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, I offer individual sessions for you or your child. This activity is secondary, as my full-time profession is humanitarian work specializing in supporting women and children who are victims of violence: stress is a part of my daily life. I have learned that rather than ignoring it, it is essential to listen to its manifestations, understand it, and ultimately overcome it. Patient, with a knack for teaching, and comfortable working with all ages and backgrounds, I invite you to take the time to pause and reconnect with yourself.

I propose we deconstruct what you think you know about stress to understand its effects on your body and brain, and finally, to stop being controlled by it.
With 100% personalized support for children, teenagers, and young adults, we will explore the origins of stress, how to live with it, and how to make the most of the various emotions we experience.
