I use scaffolding strategies; I provide temporary support to you so that you can eventually move towards unassisted internalized learning that no longer requires the support of a tutor.
As part of my lesson plan, I'll teach the topic first, then ask you back-and-forth questions to solve its examples.
I am a patient tutor; if you don't understand a topic, I will explain it again and again until that topic becomes clear to you. If I see my method doesn’t work, I try to explain it in another way.
I have excellent organizational skills and try to transfer these skills to you.
I find strengths, talents, and things you are good at and foster your self-confidence.
With your help, I set some goals for you and teach you how to achieve them.
I try to provide you with challenges that will develop your professional skills and give you a sense of accomplishment in the learning process.
