About Adeeba
Hello! My name is Adeeba. I'm a medical student with a strong background in biology, and I'm passionate about helping students build confidence in this subject. Having gone through the exam process myself, I understand how challenging the exams can feel- but also how achievable great results are with the right guidance. My experience allows me to explain difficult concepts in a clear, relatable way and share the study techniques and exam strategies that helped me achieve success.
Having achieved Grade 9 for GCSE Bio, Chem, Maths, and Physics, as well as A* for Biology, Chemistry and Maths A-Level, I am well equipped to help students understand difficult material and make it easy and digestible for anyone. Furthermore, I have experience teaching children, and I am able to keep them engaged and interested in their work to ensure the highest possible grades are achieved.
Whether your goal is to build confidence, strengthen your understanding, or achieve the highest grades possible, I will tailor every lesson to your individual learning style and work with you to help you reach your goals.

Alongside subject knowledge, I focus on exam technique, revision strategies, and building problem-solving skills that go beyond the syllabus. My goal is not just to help you pass your exams, but to help you enjoy learning and see the bigger picture behind what you're studying. If you're looking for an approachable, patient tutor who can make science and maths engaging and less intimidating, I'd love to help!
I have previously tutored students studying KS3 Science and IGCSE Maths, helping them achieve excellent results while significantly improving their confidence in their subjects. My lessons are typically delivered online and last around one hour, although the duration can be tailored to suit each student's individual needs :)
