I mainly focus on the weakness of my students. I try to clear all the doubts which he/she has with many examples. I have a habit of explaining my students until unless they understand well. Also I ask them questions so that I get to know how much they understands. If there's a topic which makes my student difficult to understand I make sure I repeat it twice thrice or sometimes I give case studies to sharpen the mind.
