About Lou-Maxence
Student at the nursing training institute (IFSI) and leaving an ST2S sector (health and social sciences and techniques), I have for several years presented my sector to students from 3rd to first ST2S students as an ambassador of the sector.
Giving lessons is a vocation for me, that's why after my studies I would like to be a trainer (giving lessons to student nurses).
My experience as an ST2S terminal speaker allowed me to learn listening and observation in order to correctly rate the students with the official grids.
After having organized white orals with the help of the main teachers, I am able to teach and grade a student in the same way as a teacher.

The grand oral is a new test.
I experienced this ordeal in the unknown because the teachers did not know how it was going to unfold.
I am therefore able to correctly explain all the expected steps and properly prepare the student.
In addition to doing a course and bringing my example with my health subject, I can evaluate the student with a fictitious final grade and give him areas for improvement.
My experience as a speaker in this field and the mock orals organized with the teachers of the establishment where I work allow me to accurately and correctly assess a service.
