First of all biology is a subject of rembering but students try to mug up things without understanding. So I first try to make my students comfortable so they can open up about their problems. First I give a basic overview of the topic from a particular book and then the necessary information, diagrams from other sources and explanation as required. And then it's mostly according to the need of the student.
