I am laid back in my approach to teaching, however every student has different needs and different ways of learning, so that is something I would heavily consider and talk about with the particular person. I am flexible in the way I teach, so for example if a student is more visual based I will accommodate by using computers or flashcards instead of reading. Also, I think it's important to have goals in lessons, so by the end of each lesson a student will feel accomplished and will achieve a new thing. This is something that can be planned beforehand.
