About Amelia
I'm Amelia! I am a rising sophomore at Stanford University, double-majoring in Design and CS or Economics. In high school, I graduated with a 4.72 GPA and was ranked 3 out of a class of 336 students. I have scored 5s on AP Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Language and Composition, World History, and U.S. History. For the SAT, I scored a 1510 (Reading/Writing: 740, Math: 770).

I found my passion for tutoring simply by beginning to teach my little sister math, piano, and more during COVID-19. As a college student, I volunteer on weekends to tutor high school students on various subjects (Math, writing/grammar, etc.). I am a student myself, so I understand the struggles of learning new and difficult concepts. Therefore, I am committed to creating a welcoming and interactive space. Lessons would be based on the student's needs and goals, and I will work with them every step of the way.
