About Dionna
I am a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh. I am majoring in neuroscience and minoring in chemistry. After college, I plan to get my masters and become a neuropsychologist who specializes in criminals. I am very driven, and always motivated to do the best I can. I am a firm believer in the idea that intelligence is mostly worked for. Everyone is capable of succeeding! It is all about your mindset. I am here to help more people succeed and to give people new ways to look at difficult topics so they can be understood.

Usually, I like to get a basis of what specific topics the student needs help with. Then, I gather practice problems and work through them step by step, as well as giving the student tips and trying to teach them in a way they have not yet heard. I try to aid to the students learning style, and I make sure that the student is able to do a handful of practice problems on their own. I am interested in tutoring high school students, preferably taking chemistry (AP, honors, or normal), biology (AP, honors, or normal), and Algebra 1. I believe that I can be a very useful and helpful tutor because I am very good at getting to the main ideas of certain topics and working around those to ensure the student understands everything in a non-stressful, easy-to-comprehend manner. I am very patient and truly want them to succeed.
