About Gabrielle
I hold both matwork Pilates and anatomy certification from Studio Pilates, which deepens my understanding of body mechanics and enhances my ability to teach Pilates safely and effectively. I also incorporate knowledge from my background as a squash coach into my teaching, promoting both physical and mental well-being. I’ve taught individuals across various age groups, adjusting my methods to suit their unique needs.

My teaching focuses on proper alignment, controlled movement, and mindful breathing, ensuring that each participant can maximize the benefits of Pilates while reducing the risk of injury. Techniques and Teaching Methodology: Progressive Workouts: Gradually increasing intensity as students improve. Hands-on Corrections: Offering personalized adjustments for proper form. Mind-Body Focus: Integrating breath control and mental focus to enhance body awareness. Class formats: 1-to-1 Classes: Personalized sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. Group Classes: Enjoy the energy of a small group (max of 3) while still receiving individualized attention. Family Classes: Pilates designed for families to work out together in a fun and supportive environment. Typical Lesson Length: Each session lasts around 45-60 minutes, incorporating warm-up, a full-body workout, and a cool-down. This format provides a well-rounded session that builds core strength, flexibility, and balance.
