About Emily
I very much want to help students. I have found through my experience as a substitute teacher that there are many students who fall very quickly behind because they don't have the individual instruction they need. With only a few minutes of individual help I have been able to help students realize their abilities. This is what I would like to continue to do, especially in regards to math and reading. I find they are the most important building blocks for younger students.

I really enjoy working with young students who need a little extra help. I firmly believe every student is capable and sometimes it just takes a little extra help. I find my approach builds confidence as well as skills. I have a Bachelors degree from Murray State.
