About Alexandria
I graduated from Onondaga Community College in 2016 with an A.A.S in Environmental Technology: Geoscience, and graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in 2019 with a B.S. in Environmental Science: Watershed Science. Through my volunteering and internships, I have learned how to communicate science to a wide range of backgrounds, including K-5. I specialize in geology, earth science, hydrology, and ecology.

I am an environmental professional that utilizes an activity-based approach and teaches with practicality and intention. I provide inquiry-based instruction in class to give students an opportunity to express unique views and question material. This discussion is structured to lead into lesson plans that are shared with students upon request.

I offer different rates depending on the level of the student
K-5 Science - $10/hr
Middle School - $11/hr
High School - $12/hr
College - $13/hr
Please notify me 24 hours before our appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel after this time period, you must provide 75% of the agreed on rate. [Ex: $6.00 fee for canceling 1-hour High School session if not notified 24 hours in advance].
