I’m Tamanna, currently pursuing my MBA (1st year). I am passionate about yoga and have been practicing it regularly as part of my lifestyle. I enjoy helping others discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga. My approach is simple, positive and beginner-friendly, focusing on yoga postures, stretching, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. I aim to make every session comfortable, enjoyable and easy to follow.

I offer 60-minute online yoga sessions designed for beginners and anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, relaxation and overall well-being. Each session includes gentle warm-up, yoga asanas, breathing exercises, stretching and a short relaxation/meditation practice. Classes are conducted at a comfortable pace, with guidance according to the student's level. My aim is to make yoga simple, enjoyable and easy to include in your daily routine.
