About Safal
Hi, I’m a high-achieving student who has recently gone through the 11+ journey myself, and I now teach both 11+ preparation and GCSE Maths.
I know what it feels like to come across difficult topics and not be sure where to start. That’s why in my lessons, I focus on explaining things clearly and simply, so you actually understand what you’re doing rather than just memorising methods.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students improve and seeing their confidence grow over time. I aim to make maths feel more manageable and help you approach exams with the right techniques and mindset so you can perform at your best.

I teach both 11+ preparation and GCSE Maths, focusing on helping students understand concepts clearly, improve exam technique, and build confidence in problem-solving. I use my own experience of sitting competitive entrance exams to guide students through effective strategies that work in real exam conditions.
My academic experience:
* 120/140 in the 11+ for Langley Grammar School (approx. 86%)
* 97% in the Kent 11+ exams
* Predicted Grade 9 for GCSE Maths
