About Elaine
Hi, I’m Elaine – a certified Kangoo Jumps Instructor with a passion for helping people move, laugh, and feel great through fitness. With over 16 years of teaching experience and a background in pedagogy, I bring both energy and structure to my classes. My Kangoo Jumps sessions are all about fun, inclusivity, and results. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to exercise, I create a welcoming space where everyone can enjoy the benefits of low-impact, high-energy cardio. I teach both adults and children, and I especially love seeing families stay active together. Based in Ireland, I’m proud to lead a fitness community that’s not just about burning calories—but building confidence, strength, and joy through movement.
