About Hanna

I’ve found a practice of meditation has helped me to cope with stress and anxiety, overthinking the best. I admire this ancient tradition/ritual to ground oneself and prefer it over any other way modern society can offer (medicine, or drinking). I’ve found these ancient techniques that are deeply rooted in Vedic culture and philosophy can bring almost immediate relief to almost any problem that exists in modern society.

About the lesson

I love meditation and I love to teach it. I am an experienced teacher. while we are living in such fast paced environments it’s important to have a piece of mind and be grounded. This is what teach positive thinking, problem solving through the process of meditation and grounding yourself.
