About Prachi

I switched my career from HR to yoga in year 2019. My journey began with healing myself and as I healed myself at both physical and spiritual level, next thing I wanted to do was to learn from the best and spread the knowledge with the world. I want to help all heal at all levels.

About the lesson

I teach traditional yoga, which includes joint loosening practices, asanas, Pranayama, shatkriya, bandha, yoga nidra, Surya namaskar. We work on strength, breath work which helps at both physical and mental level. Join my classes to experience peace, mindfulness and build strength.
