I am alok Kumar. My knowledge is my strength . And one of my favourite and famous quote "knowledge is power" make me believe and inforced me to teach students.
I agree with that quote but knowledge Never increase without shareing and on other words ifi need master in my subject I have to teach others.

I believe students are not blank slate they have some pre-owned knowledge . So I respect their point of view and try to make my class interactive for them .
