About Dhrub
I'm an IIT (BHU) graduate and a working data & machine-learning engineer in the financial sector, so math and physics aren't just subjects I teach — I use them every single day. My own record is built on exactly the kind of high-stakes exams I now coach for: 99th percentile (top 1%) in JEE, out of ~1.5 million aspirants, to earn my IIT seat; 99th percentile in CAT, India's toughest management-entrance exam; GRE [Math- 167 out of 170] for US Masters and national top-100 ranks in the National Science Olympiad and National Cyber Olympiad. I cleared JEE and bring that same problem-solving discipline to every lesson. Over 12 years I've helped students move from "I understand the theory but freeze in the exam" to actually scoring the marks they're capable of. My focus is simple: build real understanding, then train exam speed and calm under pressure.

I don't do random worksheets. First lesson I diagnose exactly where you lose marks — concept gap, silly errors, or timing. Then every session: quick concept, worked example together, then you solve while I coach the thinking out loud. For SAT Math specifically I drill the Digital SAT's adaptive format, Desmos calculator tricks, and per-question timing so nothing surprises you on test day. You get feedback on your working steps, not just the final answer — that's where marks are actually won.
