About Angela
Hi I'm Angela! I have a passion for all things holistic health and wellness, nutrition, mindfulness, expression through movement and dance, as well as art and creativity. I love working with people of all walks of life, enjoying their wisdom and providing a safe space for healing. I love travel and working with kids as my main job with experience close to 10 years with those affected by autism spectrum disorder as well as Alzhiemer's and dementia. My optimistic take on aiding the body through any sort of healing and re-awakening the body's innate wisdom is something I strive for in my work. Along with these aspects of myself, I am a very kind down to earth and nurturing soul. I wish to bring peace into the world in any corner I may be able to fit uplifting spirits and encouraging people around me to believe in themselves as I strive to do the same. I am a free spirit ready to discover what lies ahead in life. I seek adventure of culture and travel, learning, spanish, gardening, hiking, and appreciating the natural world around me. Thanks for getting to know me a little in this new corner of the internet! Excited to work with you.

My yoga classes are 60 minutes long with the option to extend and personalize to you and your needs upon request. I will guide you through mind body and breath connection on our mats, as we explore and bring flow into the minds mental chatter and aid in well-being throughout every intentional movement, building clarity, self confidence, and focus. We deepen our expansion through the body and in turn the mind can heal with the tools this beautiful practice can bring you. Through a yoga flow you will instantly feel the relief of many areas of tension throughout the body, a returned state of calm and awareness with the mediation at the end as we heal our nervous system on the other side. Ultimately growing with the transitions of life while building inner trust and knowing, so that we may enter into the world from a state of higher awareness no matter what may come our way. Namaste.
