I used to find the simple way to solve a problem so that it always make my student comfortable
I always try to make every sesson interactive with the students so that it wont look like a traditional boaring classroom and students find ineterest to the topic.
Instead of giving pressure to the student to do their task,i used to make situations to give a clear vison why they should do the task and what will be the benefit for their future and i also make sure that no student will take the advantage of this freedom.
