About Riyala
I am currently 19 and hoping to make a career for myself in psychology, I recently found my passion for teaching as I tutor primary school kids. After a grade 2 learner told me “I feel great!” because I taught him to read I felt a growing connection to these young learners and being able to help them along. As for high school learners I have no problem teaching them as I’m usually able to gel with them quite quickly and easily.

I am a 2024 matriculant who received a bachelor pass with distinctions; I went through multiple tutors and different schools and through trial and error learnt the best study methods. I don’t believe in lecturing a topic but rather engaging in ideas and sharing opinions as concepts are grasped. I went through matric English, history, life science and geography and learnt that studying is all about how well we can make the topic our own- through these methods I hope to educate and help along other students to also achieve their distinctions.
