About Bondeepa
I have been practicing the physical form of Yoga since I was a child, thanks to my mother who pushed me into this field. I did my YTT on the year 2017 and have been taking mostly private students as it helps me to learn and know more about them and about myself. It is a journey together for me when it comes to teaching. The line and the division between learning and teaching dissolves :)

The class will be for you, intended towards your own needs and what you are craving to become and achieve. We will focus on the asanas which will unblock both mental, emotional and physical blockages. It is a slow flow with each and every pose having it's own time and attention to develop yourself and to be within.
