About Aayush
I'm yoga therapist and life coach from last 3 years. It is my way to serve humanity in a concious way. I have been certified with yoga alliance for 200 and 500 hours. I believe in not in collecting certificate rather than improving and giving results through actions.

My typical class will last around 60-90 minutes which will include asana practice and pranayama. Some of the sessions wil have ayurvedic perspective also. I teach mainly classical hatha yoga. Classes are structured in a way that it just not changes your body and mind but change your level of CONSCIOUSNESS.
