My Approach to Wellness Coaching:
As a certified wellness coach and registered yoga teacher, my approach is rooted in combining ancient practices with modern techniques to create a holistic, personalized experience for each individual. I focus on building resilience and creating sustainable lifestyle changes through small, consistent actions that are easy to integrate into daily routines.
Teaching Method and Techniques:
I use a hands-on, collaborative coaching style that centers on developing self-awareness, mindfulness, and habit formation. My sessions include practical tools such as breathwork, mindful movement, and personalized wellness assessments to help clients establish long-term, sustainable well-being. Each lesson is built on my core Five Pillars of Wellness, which cover physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
Introduction & Check-In: We’ll start by reviewing your current state and any wins or challenges since our last session.
Mindful Movement & Breathwork: A short session focused on centering the mind and body.
Core Coaching Session: We dive into one or two key areas of your wellness, guided by your personalized plan, whether it’s improving nutrition, reducing stress, or building mindful habits.
Action Plan & Accountability: Each session ends with actionable takeaways and steps to implement over the coming days, along with how we’ll track progress.
