About Penny
I am 21 years old and currently in my third year in university. I am a huge gym junkie! I have been obsessed with the gym for years, I mainly focus on hypertrophy and building muscle. I may not have a personal training qualification however I do have a good understanding of the gym and nutrition. This is a topic I’m very passionate about and would love to help you achieve your fitness goals. I love nature, being out at the beach, going for hikes. However, I do have my introverted side. I’m a big reader and anime watcher. My favourite book series is the Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. My top three favourite anime are: Classroom of the Elite, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Charlotte.
