I am mantharasalam from udumalpet, tamilnadu, i am certified in post graduate diploma in yoga (PGDY) at alagappa university and also a varma therapist and i am practicing yoga past 10 years and teaching yoga past 5 years, i hope i am giving my knowledge to people who are all interested to learn yoga

Pathanjali yoga now changed as sakthi yoga classes will be on online mode, its convenient to learn yoga at your present locations, its one hour yoga program for weekly 5 days at 6 to 7 am monday to friday,which covers warm up exercise, surya namaskara,yoga asanas and breathing practice.
